Personal music just got AVAILABLE.
Hi all,
I'm one of these guys who gets completely absorbed by things when they get my attention. Recently that thing has been this: subsonic.org The example given by the main site is http://www.subsonic.org/pages/demo.jsp It simple makes your home based music available to you at then other end of any Internet connection. Easy to install and use.. I recommend setting up a DynDNS account though there is a subsonic DNS service that works quite well too. Hope its useful so someone. Enjoy.

I would probably just stick with my iPod but I can see places that this service would come in handy.

Kinda agree, it's one of those things were you don't think it's of any real use till you find a use and then it's indispensable.
I had no use for an iPod till I got one, now I got three, each with it's own different use, could not live without em!
