I dont know if anyone else heard about people saying Obama is NOT president because the first time he was sworn in a few words were said wrong.... So he did it again. But the second time there wasn't a bible present for him to swear by! Does this still mean he's presedent or should he have to do it a 3rd time?

I'm not certain a bible has to be present. I don't think it's a necessary sacrament to take office. The oath was redone because the lines were flubbed so to erase any confusion they did it again. Personally I'd be afraid if the bible MUST be present in order to take the executive office in the land of religious freedom.

There was a bible, it just wasn't the right one. As far as I know, I wasn't there personally!

The bible was there (it was the same bible used by Abraham Lincoln), but it is not a mandatory part of the ceremony. Obama didn't have to retake the oath; the lines were flubbed (everyone was a a bit nervous) but straightened out during the ceremony. It's like a wedding where the groom or bride says the words slightly off - no big sweat and they're still married when it's all over.
