Hi D,
Really .. all the old data is just dead :-(
Its not always a bad thing but do I really have to tell all those bad jokes again just to know I did tell them.!!
Any chance we can get our our accounts across.. usernames and passwords? I have now incarnated myself as a mark 2 frog. lol
I liked being only a few hundred posts away from becoming a potential Mod. Now I'm at the bottom of the tree so to speak.
The new site is snappy I have to say.
Can you not salvage anything from the old data at all.. Even just leave it running but locked so we cant post on it but can reference it. Though that seems rather too nostalgic really.. lol
Ok I'm off to study SonicWalls.

@ MrsMo, you just keep the man supplied with all the tea and cakes he needs and then an occasional beer too. Or a back scratch or something. !!

Great to have you back -- Sorry but the old stuff is quite dead. The importer will not work and keeps throwing up on the motherboard every time I try to run it. There are numerous bad sectors and other problems on the old machine. It actually ran pretty good for an old P-III witha 40-gb HDD. Ran day and night for over 6-years - not bad but time for retirement.
Post a few more times in this forum and you'll be a member again with better privileges and all. I'm importing smilies and avatars so it'll take awhile before we're all civilized.

On another note, I found an awesome recipe that I'm going to try tonight, but the measurements for the ingredients are soooo weird. It actually calls for 1/16 tbs of pepper. Yes, one sixteenth of a tablespoon of pepper. I think they want for me to stand on the other side of the kitchen and wave the pepper mill at the pan so maybe, just maybe the essence of pepper might possibly end up in there somewhere.

A 'dash' is at least 1/16 but less than 1/8 teaspoon of an ingredient however a 'pinch' is the amount you are able to get using your thumb, index finger and middle finger to grab the ingredient.
I suppose if you have large hands your 'pinch' is more than the average person's 'pinch'
right? :confused:
