Mainly like.. people pretending to be other people. But all stories are good.

Ahh yes I had not thought of that Mr Ed. It is true it is funny when you are not sure if it a guy or a girl..
I suppose it takes a lot of practice to that sort of thing all the time.. It must be a whole set of characteristics that they put on like a coat. What a skill.
But like everything I bet it influences the rest of the "normal" life they live. Good bad I could not say.. But interesting to think about.

Has anyone pretended to be someone else at a dinner party they crashed or at a hotel or restaurant?

Not malicious stuff, just seeing if they can pull it off!!

Where I'm from, that's called blagging. I once helped build a vert ramp that was used in the European qualifier for the X Games. Of course I got into the event for free but my buddy wanted to come to. Ended up convincing the guy on the gate that my mate was in fact a competitor arriving late. :)

I also blagged my way into a round of the British Superbike Championship at Snetterton race track (just down the road from me) with nothing more than a floppy disk and a serial extension lead. I told the guy on the gate I was with one of the teams and I had to deliver this so they could re-map the engine.

I gave it to a few people that are not into the phreakin/hackin thing, they all figured the US justice system suck's after watching it.

I once worked for a guy who looked like Mickey Rourke- it was my job to set up the Christmas Party for work- I called the restaraunt and told them Mickey Rourke was coming. wow- when we arrived it was all champagne and caviar, the chef came out, made all this special stuff- even some owner came out to say hello and talk about the last time they met in Vegas. The Mickey Rourke look alike went along wtih everything and got away with it. They took his picture and hung it up on the wall and sent it out in a newsletter for the restaraunt- Mickey Rourke loves the taste of Andiamo's. What a hoot. Eventually one of the look alikes neighbors got a copy of that newsletter and called him out on it. Of course he could never go back to that restaraunt and I eventually got fired for doing stuff like that but IT WAS WORTH IT!

I have one, I was in a bar with my girlfriend and her friend, they were dancing and this jerk come up to me and start telling me his life story and how he was earning some much money and he had to do stuff all to get paid, then he asked me "what do you do for a living?"

At the time i was doing engineering for a small construction firm but this guy was just annoying so i said

"see those 2 girls over there? well they paid me to go out and show them a good time."

The guy was stunned, "you're an escort?"

I replied "now i didnt say thats what i was" and made a big fuss about how i dont normally go around telling people what i do for a living but after i pointed out that not all male escorts are hired just for sex he started asking me if i could give him a contact so that he could become one too.

So i gave him my bosses number and told him to ring on monday morning at 10.30 because he's always free then.

Monday morning and smoko time my bosses mobile rings.... and he goes absolutley apeshit "what the hell do you want?!?! you fuckin homo, is this a prank, male escort?? get a F**kin real job like the rest of us..."

I dunno, I don't have a problem reading Ed's posts, the last one simply stated that you set up dodgy bank accounts and rip off gay people to make easy money....... clear as mud really :-)
