Unreal Tournament

I've just been dragged into the world of PC gaming (I'm a Playstation man usually) and I now have Unreal Tournament: Game of the Year Edition installed on my PC. Sure I've played they odd Flash game on my computer but never a FPS. I'm slowly getting hang of using the mouse and keyboard but it ain't easy.

Does anyone else here play/ have played this game? I'd love to hear of any good mods/ servers/ whatever. Maybe we could arrange a Daremo.org gaming league or something. Then again, D would be sniping us all in seconds.

I got a PS2 and thought the graphics were crap !
But try as much as I can ( and I did try) game's ain't my thing :-(
I get bored !
Now if you want to set up an online beer drinkin game i'm in :-)

Something simple , like we each start out with a keg of beer and the last man/woman able to type anything wins :-)

I like your style Kitz ;) You'd sure as hell beat me at drinking. Now a smoke-a-thon might be a whole 'nother kettle of fish!
I get bored quite easily too. I like the no brainer first person shooters like Serious Sam or something original like Rez or Katamari Damacy.

As for the spliff contest , dude I was the king spliff roller for years :-)
Dude's came from all over to have me roll the biggest feckin spliff you could get !
My speciality was a monster butterfly spliff , tricky to do but awesome , also done a mean rose :-)
They looked so good it was a shame to smoke em, but we did anyway !

URT was a hot game but I find myself pulled to the more recient games.
Guild wars has sucked me in all the way. Actually I'll a bit releaved when I finish it (if it is possabel.. it seems to just go on forever)

GMW what hardware have you got? That will give us an idea what to suggest in the way of other games.
Just as an idea I'd suggest looking for some URT forums and see what they say about mods or servers and the like.

It is amazing how many people seem to be saying "Just a sec" or "Be Right Back" and then say "good.. was finding it hard to finish rolling that joint with one hand"
Seems to be a big pass time in Guildwars. At least on the US servers where I play. Wonder if it inhances the game play much.!
Many seem to be twisted drunk too.

What's the process ?

Please let me know your results if you try it yourselves.

Oh and please don't use a download manger to dl this file. It's on my test server at home and too many connections will get you locked out ;)
