In the first instance, a 13 year old boy has been arrested for burping in class! He was handcuffed and hauled off to juvenile detention after burping in a PE class; the teacher called a "school resource officer" to complain that the boy was disrupting the class. The parents were not called before the boy was taken from school. This is the same boy who, in a previous incident, was forced to strip down to his underwear while 5 adults watched because he was accused of selling pot to another student (no charges were ever filed). I think it goes without saying that the parents are suing.
Next we have a 1st grade student who is facing sexual harassment charges. It seems the 7 year old punched another kid in the groin after the other kid choked him on the school bus and stole his gloves. It's a 7 year old's version of self protection. The 7 year old's mother is steaming angry over the possible charges saying, "...other boy should be charged with attempted murder for choking her son."
